Stay hydrated with easy homemade flavoured water.

This is my favorite flavour combination but feel free to swap it out to your taste. Lemons would be a fantastic addition.

You need:

1/2 gallon water (about 2 litres), 1 orange – sliced, 1 seedless cucumber – sliced, 1 lime – sliced.
What to do:
Place everything into a container. Place in refrigerator to keep chilled.

Bonus hydration tip:

Eat an orange before a workout, you will experience less muscle soreness and oranges help you stay hydrated.
