9 Foods To Make You SMARTER

3# Avocados:

Contain monounsaturated fats which aids good blood flow and results in lower blood pressure, which is good for the brain.


4# Whole Grains:

Oats, whole grain breads, brown rice and wheat germ all help to keep your cardiovascular system healthy, which benefits the brain.


5# Tea:

Freshly brewed tea contains caffeine and anti-oxidants, which enhance memory, focus and mood.


6# Pomegranate:

High in anti-oxidants and vitamins, this is a super-food that you should nibble on whenever they are in season.



Stabilises blood sugar levels and keeps brain performing at optimum level.


8# Fish:

Oily fish such as salmon and sardines contain properties that make the brain very very happy.

Curry, eggs,soya, milk, broccoli, apples, tomatoes, oysters.  The brain is a hungry organ – its cells require two times the amount of energy than that of other cells in the body.
