Make frozen cubes of spinach, yogurt and carrot (juice or puree) buy a variety of flavoured oatmeal and add a scoop to your smoothie!

The beauty of smoothies is that you get to toss just about any fruit in there.  Whatever fruit is at hand oranges, bananas, apples etc peel and all except for bananas and pineapple that need peeling.
